Bronze Level: $500  (2 exhibit  personnel).

Non Members $750 includes 2 exhibit personnel. 

• Exhibits are table-top display only. Included are a 6' draped table and chair.

• Vendor set up begins at 6:30 - Vendors break down after the 2:30 PM afternoon break.

All Vendors are asked to bring a door prize valued at $25.00 or more on the day of the event. We will draw names from the attendee list at a scheduled time during the Forum. Please give your door prizes to Elaine at the registration desk or you may hold onto them until we hold the drawing.

Pre-Forum attendee roster in Excel format will be emailed to all Exhibitors October 28th

Post-Forum attendee roster in Excel format will be available at registration the day of the Forum to Exhibitors.
